How do I book a stay?
Choose a compatible Pad, review the Booking details, and either Book Instantly or Request to Stay.
Do I need identity verification?
Traveler identity verification is optional; Host identity verification is required before publishing a Pad.
Government ID requirements
Government ID is required for Host verification through Stripe Identity; Traveler verification is currently optional.
Arriving late
Plan ahead, communicate with your host, and follow arrival instructions carefully.
