Reviews help Travelers evaluate Pads and Hosts, and help Hosts understand the Travelers they may welcome.
How reviews work
After an eligible completed Booking, ViaPads can invite both sides to review the stay. Reviews are linked to the Booking lifecycle rather than open public posting.
Reviews remain unpublished until the applicable review window closes or both sides have submitted, according to ViaPads’ review process.
What to include
For a Pad/Host review, focus on things such as:
- accuracy of the Pad details
- cleanliness and amenities
- arrival experience
- Host communication
- overall stay experience
Keep reviews factual, respectful, and focused on the Booking experience rather than personal attacks or irrelevant disputes.
