Messaging Hosts

Keep Booking-related communication in ViaPads.

You can use ViaPads Messages to:

• ask questions about a Pad before booking where messaging is available
• discuss a Request to Stay or confirmed Booking
• update the Host about your arrival
• ask for help during an active stay

Sensitive access details are released through the Booking and Arrival Center rules, not merely because a message thread exists.

If the Host does not respond

Check your Booking and Arrival Center first. If you still need help, open the Help Center and choose Contact ViaPads to send a question or concern.

For an immediate emergency, contact local emergency services.
