Review the Pad’s Flexible, Moderate, or Firm cancellation policy before booking; the policy is locked into your Booking.

Cancellation policies
Each Pad shows its cancellation policy before you book. The policy is saved with the Booking so later Pad changes do not alter your terms.
- Flexible — full refund until 1 day before check-in; no refund after.
- Moderate — full refund until 7 days before check-in; 50% refund until 1 day before; no refund after.
- Firm — full refund until 14 days before check-in; 50% refund until 7 days before; no refund after.
How to cancel
- Go to Trips.
- Open the Booking.
- Choose Cancel booking.
- Review the refund due under your locked-in Booking terms.
- Confirm.
Refunds restore the original tender. Card-funded value returns to the original payment method; Travel Credits used to pay return to Travel Credits. Mixed tender is restored proportionally.
If the Host or ViaPads cancels, you receive the full remaining Booking value back to the original tender.
