Managed Properties such as campgrounds, RV parks, and marinas can manage multiple Pads, availability, and pricing under one profile.

Property address and general location. Exact address stays private until booking.

Choose the Pad type and which Setups fit: Auto, Camper, Tent, or Boat.

Add Pad details, dimensions, access, surface, photos, and safety information.

Add electricity, water, restroom, Wi-Fi, accessibility details, and other useful amenities.

Set availability, check-in and check-out details, quiet hours, and stay limits.

Set the nightly list price, optional Traveler discount, cancellation policy, and booking preference.

Add the practical arrival information Travelers need after confirmation.

Review everything and save your Pad. Publish when available.

You can save your progress at any step and come back later. Your Pad stays private until you publish it.
