If a Host cancels
If a Host cancels your confirmed Booking, ViaPads returns the full remaining Booking value to the original payment method or Travel Credits used.
Return to Find a Pad to search for another available Pad for your dates. Availability varies by route and travel dates, especially while the Host network continues to grow.
Your Booking history and cancellation details remain available in Trips.
