Arriving late

Plan ahead, communicate with your host, and follow arrival instructions carefully.

2 min readBy ViaPads Team

If you expect to arrive late

Message your Host through ViaPads as early as you reasonably can and review the Pad’s arrival window and rules.

Use the Arrival Center

For a confirmed Booking, review the Arrival Center for the address and any access information that has been released for your stay. Sensitive credentials may remain time-gated until the appropriate arrival window.

Arrive considerately

  • Follow the Host’s arrival instructions.
  • Keep noise and lighting respectful of the Property and neighbors.
  • If your ETA changes significantly, update the Host.

If you cannot make the stay, review the Booking’s cancellation terms in Trips rather than assuming a late arrival automatically changes the refund rules.
