How ViaPads Rewards works

Eligible Travelers earn 5% back in ViaPoints on completed paid stays.

100 ViaPoints = $1 in Travel Credits.

ViaPoints are earned on eligible new Traveler spend after Travel Credits, refunds, and applicable taxes are excluded. ViaPads-funded promotional pricing is already reflected in the amount paid, so rewards are based on the eligible amount actually spent.

When points are earned

ViaPoints are issued after an eligible Booking is completed. If a later refund changes the eligible spend, the ViaPoints connected to that Booking are adjusted.

ViaPoints remain available until you choose to convert them. When ViaPoints become Travel Credits, the Travel Credit wallet shows the applicable expiration date.

Using ViaPoints

1. Open Rewards.
2. Convert ViaPoints in 100-point increments.
3. The converted value becomes Travel Credits.
4. Apply available Travel Credits during checkout.

Travel Credits reduce the amount charged through Stripe and do not reduce the Host's legitimate payout.

You do not earn new ViaPoints on the portion of a Booking paid with Travel Credits.
