How do I book a stay?
Choose a compatible Pad, review the Booking details, and either Book Instantly or Request to Stay.
Booking a Pad
- Search — Enter a destination, route, or dates in Find a Pad.
- Choose — Review Pad details, rules, amenities, and Setup compatibility.
- Select your Setup — Use your saved Auto or Camper Setup when applicable, or choose the appropriate Tent or Boat Setup.
- Book — A Pad may offer Book Instantly or Request to Stay.
Book Instantly
Complete checkout. The Booking is confirmed only after payment is successfully verified.
Request to Stay
Send the request to the Host. If approved, complete payment within the payment window shown in ViaPads to confirm the Booking.
After confirmation
The confirmed Booking appears in Trips. ViaPads releases the exact Property address after confirmed payment. Sensitive access details and arrival credentials remain separately time-gated until the appropriate arrival window.
Use ViaPads Messages to communicate with the Host and keep Booking-related communication on the platform.
