Traveling with pets
Many ViaPads hosts welcome pets. Always check listing details and respect host rules.
Cancellation
Review the Pad’s Flexible, Moderate, or Firm cancellation policy before booking; the policy is locked into your Booking.
Host cancellations
If a Host cancels, the Traveler receives the full remaining Booking value back to the original tender.
How much does ViaPads cost?
Hosts set Pad prices from $5 upward. ViaPads retains 20% of the original list price; Host waivers come only from the Host's 80% share.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible, Moderate, and Firm cancellation policies are locked into each Booking so the rules do not change afterward.
Payment methods
Paid ViaPads bookings use secure Stripe checkout. Eligible Travel Credits can also be applied when available.
Failed payments
A Booking is not confirmed until payment succeeds. If checkout fails or expires, ViaPads keeps the state truthful and releases the hold when appropriate.
Refunds
Refunds follow the Booking’s locked-in cancellation terms and return to the original tender.
