How much does ViaPads cost?
Hosts set Pad prices from $5 upward. ViaPads retains 20% of the original list price; Host waivers come only from the Host's 80% share.
For Travelers
Travelers pay the Host's current Traveler price, plus selected paid Add-Ons and applicable taxes when required.
ViaPads currently charges no separate Traveler service fee.
Eligible completed paid stays earn 5% back in ViaPoints. 100 ViaPoints = $1 in Travel Credits. ViaPoints are earned only on eligible new spend after Travel Credits, refunds, and applicable taxes are excluded.
For Hosts
- No monthly Pad fee
- Set any base Pad list price from $5 per night upward
- Offer Host-funded pricing up to 80% of the original list price
- ViaPads retains 20% of the original list price on every Booking
- Host-funded reductions come only from the Host's 80% share
- ViaPads-funded Traveler Rewards do not reduce Host payouts
Travel Credits
Travel Credits can come from ViaPoint redemption, ViaPads promotions, goodwill, or restored Booking tender. Available Travel Credits can be applied in checkout. They are not a substitute refund method for card-funded payments.
