Paid ViaPads bookings use secure Stripe checkout. Eligible Travel Credits can also be applied when available.

Paid ViaPads bookings are processed securely through Stripe using supported card payment methods available in checkout.
Available Travel Credits may also be applied at checkout.
ViaPoints and Travel Credits
ViaPoints are ViaPads' loyalty points. Eligible completed paid stays earn 5% back in ViaPoints. 100 ViaPoints = $1 in Travel Credits.
ViaPoints are converted to Travel Credits before they are used toward a Booking. Using Travel Credits reduces the amount charged through Stripe and does not reduce the Host's legitimate payout.
Travelers do not earn new ViaPoints on the portion of a Booking paid with Travel Credits.
How payment works
- Review the Booking details and total.
- Apply available Travel Credits if you choose.
- Complete the remaining payment through Stripe.
- ViaPads confirms the Booking only after payment is successfully verified.
Refunds
Refunds restore the original tender. Card-funded value returns to the original payment method. Travel Credits used for the Booking return to Travel Credits. Mixed payments are restored according to the Booking's actual payment history.
