Key points
Your account
- You must meet the eligibility requirements in the Terms.
- You are responsible for your account activity.
- Information you provide must be accurate.
Bookings and payments
- Payments are processed through Stripe.
- Pads may use Book Instantly or Request to Stay.
- Cancellation terms shown for a Pad are locked into the Booking when it is created.
Host responsibilities
- Hosts are responsible for their Properties and Pads.
- Hosts must follow applicable laws, rules, and requirements.
Platform actions
ViaPads may take account, Pad, content, or Booking action where permitted by the Terms and platform policies.
