ViaPads uses information needed to operate the platform, support Bookings, communicate with members, improve the service, and meet legal and safety obligations.
Examples can include:
- account and profile information
- Booking and Pad-related information
- ViaPads Messages and support submissions
- usage and device information
- payment-related records, while sensitive card entry is handled through Stripe
Exact Property addresses and access information are treated separately from public Pad discovery and are released only through the applicable Booking/arrival rules.
