ViaPads exists to reduce travel stress, increase travel joy, and help people treat one another and the places they visit with care.
Be kind
- Treat everyone with respect and dignity.
- Communicate with patience and good faith.
- Help fellow community members when you reasonably can.
Be honest
- Represent yourself and your Pad truthfully.
- Leave honest, constructive reviews.
- Never attempt to bypass ViaPads payment or Booking protections.
- Report genuine concerns accurately.
Be respectful
- Follow Host rules and arrival instructions.
- Respect privacy, quiet hours, neighbors, and Property boundaries.
- Leave places as you found them or better.
What is not allowed
- discrimination or harassment
- violence or threats
- off-platform payment requests for ViaPads Bookings
- misrepresentation of a Pad, Booking, or identity
- spam or abusive content
Violations can lead to content removal, Pad suspension, or account action.
