Travelers are responsible for honest profiles, respectful behavior, and following host rules.

Core responsibilities
As a ViaPads Traveler, you are responsible for:
Honest profile
- Use accurate account and profile information
- Keep your Setup details accurate
- Complete any verification ViaPads requires for a specific feature or risk case
- Update your profile as needed
Traveler identity verification is currently optional unless ViaPads clearly requires it for a particular feature or circumstance.
Respectful behavior
- Follow the Host's House Rules and arrival instructions
- Respect quiet hours and privacy
- Leave the Pad as you found it or better
- Be honest in your reviews
Safe travel
- Confirm your Setup fits the Pad before booking
- Arrive during agreed hours or communicate delays
- Keep Booking-related communication on ViaPads
- Never send ViaPads Booking payment outside the platform
Community standards
- Treat Hosts, other members, neighbors, and Property with respect
- Follow applicable local laws and Property rules
- Use ViaPads reporting tools responsibly
Serious or repeated violations can result in Booking restrictions or account action.
