Host payouts
Host payouts become eligible 24 hours after the Traveler actually checks in and are processed automatically through Stripe.
How payouts work
ViaPads uses Stripe Connect for Host payouts.
A paid Booking becomes eligible for payout 24 hours after the Traveler actually checks in using “I’ve Arrived.” ViaPads then processes eligible payouts automatically on a recurring schedule.
Before you can receive payouts
Complete:
- Stripe Connect onboarding through ViaPads
- Required Stripe Identity verification
- Bank or payout details requested by Stripe
What you’ll see
Your Host payment records show:
- booking value
- ViaPads service fee
- Host net amount
- ViaPads Rewards investment on eligible completed stays
- payout status
- payout date when transferred
ViaPads Rewards are funded by ViaPads. The Traveler's 5% ViaPoints reward does not come out of the Host payout.
After ViaPads transfers eligible earnings to your connected Stripe account, Stripe handles delivery to your bank according to your Stripe account’s payout timing and settings.
Refunds, disputes, or safety/resolution holds can delay or adjust a payout when applicable.
