How payments are handled

Paid ViaPads bookings use Stripe for payment processing.

ViaPads does not store your full card number or CVV. Sensitive card entry is handled through Stripe’s payment flow.

What ViaPads does not do

  • We do not ask you to send card details through ViaPads Messages.
  • We do not ask you to pay a Host outside ViaPads for a Booking.
  • ViaPads does not hold Booking funds in an escrow account.

If something looks wrong

Review your Trips and payment records first. If you see a card charge you do not recognize, contact your card issuer promptly and report the concern to ViaPads so the related account or Booking can be reviewed.
