How reviews are verified
ViaPads verifies reviews to ensure authenticity:
- Only from completed stays — you can only review after a confirmed booking
- Reciprocal release — reviews are published after both parties submit or after 14 days
- Moderation — inappropriate content is removed
- No editing after publication — reviews cannot be changed once live
What this means
- Every review comes from a real traveler who actually stayed
- Hosts cannot delete negative reviews
- Reviews reflect genuine experiences
Flagging reviews
If a review violates guidelines (personal attacks, false information), you can flag it for moderation review.
