What you need
A suitable Pad, honest details, clear arrival information, and a ViaPads account.
Getting started
- Create your Property and Pad.
- Add photos, details, rules, pricing, and availability.
- Complete required Host Identity and Payments & Payouts setup when publishing opens.
- Publish the Pad when all launch and Host readiness gates pass.
- Use Book Instantly or Request to Stay according to the Pad's booking setting.
There are no monthly fees to keep a Pad on ViaPads. ViaPads retains 20% of the original list price on every Booking. Optional Host-funded pricing comes only from the Host's 80% share. ViaPads also invests in Traveler Rewards to encourage return travel and strengthen the marketplace.
